A license holding and referral company is licensed by the State of Iowa.  Licensees may not perform any real estate activities for clients, but can make referrals to active agents and earn commission for those referrals!

When we receive the referral commission we immediately deposit it into our commission account.  As soon as the deposit clears the bank we electronically send your commissions via ACH  We can also mail checks for a nominal fee.

No, you will not pay any MLS fees or Association dues. However, While your license is in a 'holding company', you will not be able to join any Iowa-based Realtor associations.

No. Iowa, real estate law prohibits licensed persons from performing most real estate activities on behalf of more than one managing broker at any given time.
